I hired this company to provide a roof inspection report with the following information.Provide a certified roof inspection line item estimate for the entire roof with before photos for all identified issues.Inspector should be a Licensed roof Contractor or Certified Home Inspector.Inspector must assess the conditions of the entire roof.The estimate must include all items required to bring the house up to all local codes.Please provide a detailed report with explanation of necessary repairs and cost of repairs.If permits and final inspections are required to perform the work please include the associated cost's as a separate line items.What I got was a report that the roof had several leaks due to the age and condition of the shingles and a recommendation to replace the roof. It looked like it had been written by a fifth grader. They charged $175.00 for this. Needless to say this was rejected by the mortgage company I was getting this report for.
