Review: MY NAME IS MRS.[redacted] I ARRIVED IN OREGON IN FEB 2013NEEDED A POSTOFFICE SO I FOUND ASA POSTAL SERVICE VERY CLOSE TO HOME ABOUT 2 MIN .WENT IN GOT STAMP,MAILED COUPLE LETTER THINGS WENT FINE WAS HELPED BY [redacted].RETURN AGAIN [redacted] HELP ME OUT FINE AGAIN.I RETURN AGAIN MAY6 TO MAIL MOTHERDAYS CARDS ALREADY HAD STAMPS ON THEM JUST NEEDED SOMEONE TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE I HAD ENOUGH POSTAGE STAMP ON THEM TO BE MAIL WELL THAT DAY I GOT [redacted] SHE WAS VERY RUDE LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO SERVE ME THEN SHE GAVE THE LETTERS TO [redacted] AND LET HE DO IT FINE I LEFT THE STORE. MAY 7 HAD TO RETURN TO MAIL 1 MORE CARD AND VERY SMALL BOX .I GOT [redacted] AGAIN VERY RUDE AGAIN SHE EVEN TOLD ME I COULDNT MAIL MY BOX THERE I WOULD NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO MAIL IT . I COULDNT BELIEVE SHE SAID THAT .I WAS VERY HURT ABOUT THAT. BUT I LEFT TO GO FIND SOMEOTHER POSTAL SERVICE.WENT BACK BY THERE TO GET PHONE NUMBER TO CALL MAYBE A MANGER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I THINK [redacted] IS VERY RUDE OR DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE OR JUST ME . WHEN I GOT HOME I CALL [redacted] ANSWER THE PHONE ISAID CAN I SPEAKE TO MANGER SHE SAID NO AND DONT COME BACK TO HER STORE. WHY THIS HAPPEN? IDONT HAVE A CLUE .BUT I DIDNT LIKE IT IT WAS NOT RIGHT IAM A VERY NICE PERSON IDESERVED TO BE TREATED NICE .SOMEONE NEEDS TO ADRESS [redacted] HOW TO BE JUST A LITTLE NICE TO EVERYONE.THERE IS NO MORE TIME FOR BEING PREJUDICES IT IS THE NEW CENTURY THANK YOU MRS.[redacted] Desired Settlement: I MRS.[redacted] WOULD LIKE APOLOGIE FROM [redacted] .BUT I KNOW THAT MIGHT NOT HAPPEN .BUT I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT.BECAUSE [redacted] REALLY UPSET ME ALMOST IN TEARS. [redacted] was an extremely rude and demanding person who would not listen when I tried to explain to her we are a mailing service not a post office. She came in and demanded that I weigh her mail and if it took more postage to put it on her [redacted] card. I tried to explain to her we are not a "post office" and that we do not weigh mail and do put one stamp on a [redacted] card. The next day she came in and handed me a prepaid post office box and again demanded that I take it. I again told her we do not take prepaid post office mail and she needed to take it to The Post Office. She left muttering rude comments, came back and took our business card, stormed out and then called me on the phone and said she wanted to complain to someone about me. I told her not to come back into our business. She then called again and spoke to my husband and accused me of being rude to her because she is black. He listened to her vent and then ended the call. We do not change our company policy because someone is colored, black, Red ,yellow or blue. I have numerous friends who are colored and/or of a different nationality and none of them are rude and demanding as Ms [redacted] is. She wants me to apologize to her when in fact she was the rude and demanding one who does not understand plain English. Simple solution to this dilemma, she needs to go to a post office to do her mailing and not come in Our Business again.
