My wife and I had purchased a washer and dryer on 11/9/13. Upon delivery, it was found that the washer and dryer did not fit. Thus, the manager of the store was contacted whom stated that if we paid for return delivery of the washer and dryer we would be able chose an other washer/dryer or take delivery of the previously delivered washer/dryer. However during the subsequent week, multiple calls were failed to be returned. On 11/16/13, my wife talked on the phone with an employee, stating that we would take and pay for repeat delivery of the same washer/dryer. We were told that delivery would be between 16:00 and 18:00. At approximately 18:15, my wife and called the store which stated that they were late with deliveries and the items would be delivered. The items were not delivered.
