I called on the 31st of May to have my tank returned and the fuel refundedI am still waiting to hear from the manager/owner after multiple attempts I have left multiple messages to have my call returned because not a single person in the office could answer questions regarding my accountThe driver who picked up my rental tank had more information than anyone in the office each time I calledThe office staff were not only unhelpful, but they were very rudeI am owed an unknown amount because they could not tell me any information about any single question I askedI feel ripped off and disgusted and the service I am receiving from this company
Extra Service charge of $for delivery I Tried to set up a delivery today as we ran out of propane on SaturdayUsually we notice an odor when fuel starts to run lowUnfortunately they are closed on weekends and wo had to take cold showers, eat cereal and sandwiches for the past daysThey said it would cost an extra $dollars to send someone out today otherwise we have to wait until Thursday Going a week without propane is simply not an optionI suggested getting just gallons on Thursday and seeing if someone else could come out in the meantime from another company as this is a bit of an emergencythe lady on the phone said that is illegal as this is there tank and I could not have another company bring propane todaySo this will be the last delivery I get from APE [redacted] of a way to treat a loyal customer of years as we are dealing with a death in the family this past March and things are financially very tight for us right nowThanks a lot APE
