Audited twice because of these Scammers...2015 and 2016.
Costing me thousands of dollars because of their errors.
Said I had a business when I don't.
Made up numbers.
Incorrect Itemized Deductions.
Left off important documents that should have been included (So the return stays higher).
Email for help not returned.
Voicemail full, cant get through.
Never returned my requests to answer for their incompetency.

prepared my taxes for 2015. I trusted her to prepare my return in a professional and ethical manner. However, I was just audited by the IRS and now owe back taxes, a late fee, and interest. After looking at the return she filed on my behalf, *** stated that I owned a business and entered bogus numbers for business expenses that I NEVER once discussed with her. This is completely unethical and what she did was illegal. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I am no financial professional and was completely reliant on her professional ability to file my returns properly.
In addition, she has high school students shadowing her for credit at school and they are learning illegal and unethical business practices.

Refund Refund the $150 tax preparation fee that I paid for 2015. Refund the $2963.00 deficiency the IRS is charging me. Refund the $366 late fee penalty the IRS is charging me. Refund the $248.24 interest the IRS is charging me. This interest will accrue and be assessed at 120% of the under payment rate until I am able to pay the IRS!
