If you want a good vacation or to actually get there the day they tell you, do not use themWe have had bad experiences one right after the otherWe broke down, waited for about hoursIt supposedly got fixedBroke down one hour later and we were waiting in a grocery store parking lot for another hoursThey send us a new bus (the drivers min really meant more hours) we continue to our destinationWe then broke down once more They sent a "mechanic" who fixed it On our way home we had to sit in a miserably hit bus because they refused to turn the ac on so the bus would not overheat.(this is a bus full of elderly people) However we still broke downThey get a battery (which the owner wanted the passengers to split the cost of) and we continuedWe then broke down again on the freeway in the darkThey did not have flares to protect us against a semi going mph who couldn't see us We are currently waiting hours for our 3rd bus to take us home
My daughters high school band hired this company to provide transportation from Las Cruces NM to Long Beach California for a marching band competitionSo far the following has happenedThe buses were late arriving at the schoolOne bus did not have enough seats in itThe battery died in one bus on the wayThe air condiditioning died on the other bus and they had to stop on the way so the band could purchase cleaning supplies to clean the disgusting restroom on one of the busesThe service has been absolutely atrociousGod knows what the return trip will be likeAs a side note the bus company (A and S Fun Tours) has stopped answering their phone
