A&S was contracted to build Versa-Lok retaining wall New retaining was was installed to code10" compacted rock base, drain tile, geo-grid, filter fabric, clean compacted 1" rock backfill, top cap glued, top soil and sod installed Do to excessive ground moisture from gutter run
off the 4" top cap has been exposed This is not uncommon over a year timeAs stated to Mr *** A&S would be willing to fill in along top with said materialHowever he was not told that it would be in next 2-weeksIt was agreed that we would get to it when our work schedule allowed With the ridiculous amount of rain we have had this season it has not allowed us to tend this issue A&S will be in contact to schedule a solid date
