Logan did a great job. Bought new appliances and they went the extra mile to make it all work. Older homes and modern appliances can be a challenge. [redacted] and their assistant did not give up until the job was right. Thank you for your hard work.

I am very disappointed in Logan Master Appliance repairs! I have done business with them for over 20 years...and I was always content. The plastic water dispenser piece on my Frigidaire broke off...could not get purifyed/cold water. I called and gave them info on my refridgerater...girl said they carry parts to repair. Repairman was sent out the next day. He said he would have to order plastic piece and it would take a week. I was charged $91.00 to come to my house. While repairman was in home...I asked if they could clean oven door. He said the cost is $40.00 and he would do so on next visit. I signed a yellow invoice paper that said total cost $143.00. Repairman came back out a week later and installed plastic piece on water dispenser and wiped down oven door with windex. Never saw my bill, until after I gave him my credit card. Never signed the yellow invoice paper. I was charged another $119.00 to repair water dispenser. Very costly to repair easy fix! They are sneaky and fraudulant. I called and spoke to a [redacted] ... to correct the mistakenly over-charge. She was so rude and nasty!!! She tried to put me on the defense....she told me they did not charge me enough and that I was lucky and then hung-up on me! I am a retired Kettering school teacher and a senior citizen. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life! I will never do business with them again! I think the owners need to know how [redacted] is hurting their company. [redacted]

We contacted Logan Master Heating & Air for an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner*** the HVAC representative inspected our home to make sure any suggestions he made would be best suited system for our homeWe had contacted other companies , but discovered that *** was not only helpful that he also a great deal of knowledge about this businessThe price that he quoted was very reasonable and fair On wed may 14, the crew was here at 8:and went to work in a very professional manner in a job well planed, as each did their job with ease Installation completed at 4:Time was spent with us reviewing and answering questions upon completionI would highly recommend any one to at least speak and get an estimate from this company when considering any type of heating and air system or repairs

I had Logan Master Appliance in my home 10/20/16 to repair a water leak from my dishwasher. The technician replaced a door seal and the cost of the repair was $163.00. I noticed water was still dripping from the bottom of the door. I contacted Logan again and the same technician was sent out on 11/15/16. He said he could not see a water leak. He left the dishwasher on the rinse cycle before he left. I walked into the kitchen to observe water dripping on the floor. I chose not to call them back at that time because at this point I am not interested in using their services. I only want to express my dissatisfaction with the experience.
