A S I Heating and Air

This complaint is in regards to ASI's General Manager [redacted]. She has been calling me and demanding payment in what I consider harassment and unprofessional manner (yelling and screaming). I'm not refusing to pay for their work but the project has not yet passed inspections by the County of San Diego Building Division and SDG&E. Today 2/18/14 an inspector came after I called him last week but ASI Solar contractor was a no show!! The inspector said I should pay after the project passes inspections.ASI advertises for a "$0 Down" offer but from me they want the full amount upfront now!! my wife wrote a check for a down payment but ASI refused requesting the full amount.FYI:ASI's [redacted],"Comfort Adviser", was very polite and professional.
