Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see attached letter dated 11/05/2017.November 5, 2017TO: Revdex.com ATTN: [redacted] REF: Compiaint ID: [redacted]In response to Twin Willows LLC, Inc. letter dated 09/27/2017 which I received via email from the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) on 11/02/2017. Note that my compiaint was filed with the Revdex.com on 08/24/2017. [redacted], owner, Gloria Knott, rejects the motion of the complaint to be withdrawn and dismissed as proposed by Twin Willows, John S.TWIN WILLOWS Service center did not properly fix the initial problem of the brake system the first time we left on 08/14/2017, of which the tow truck did not go 5 miles before the brakes iines were smoking. Your mechanic at the service center admitted that he had not worked on commercial vehicles such as a Tow Truck before, but would attempt to fix it. Note that this happen approximately 4:30 PM on 8/14. Yes, your obligation to get this fixed is on TWIN WILLOWS. Regardless of the AS IS SOLD Purchase Agreement.Next, upon being stranded 5 miles from your facility (YES, we couid have just told you to cancel the $30K sale, and come get the tow truck). Your salesman totaliy understood the situation, and directed us to take it to [redacted] in Gibsonia, PA. Of which, they did everything they could and got parts delivered to supposedly fix the brake system problem so that we could get home to VA. (3 Hours, 44 Minutes, apx. 225 miles trip 1 way). It was around 6:30 — 7:00 PM when we left there, and I gave the mechanic a tip for staying late to supposedly get it fixed. When I get on 1-76 at mile marker 62.6, the brakes are smoking again. Yes, ** was extremely upset, who wouldn't be after that. We were stranded AGAIN on a VERY DANGEROUS INTERSTATE 1-76. Again 2nd Attempt the brake system was not properly fixed, and I didn't get an hour away before having the same issue. The Salesman (BM), and the Truck facility agreed they needed more time to investigate the brake problem. The salesman made arrangements for the tow truck to be towed back to the repair shop from INTERSTATE 1-76. VERY DISAPPOINTED and TOTALLY STRESSED after this ORDEAL, we left arriving back in VA around 12:30 AM in the morning. Yes, the obligation to get this fixed is on TWIN WILLOWS.The next day, I call SM and he wanted to give them all enough time to get the brakes properly fixed, so we wouldn't have to go through this again. We agreed we would come back on Thursday, 8/17 to pick the tow truck back up. BM stated that they did short stops, long stops when actually they only test drove the vehicle apx. 15 miles or so from what was told to **. This now makes it the 3rd Attempt to fix the brake issue. On Thursday, 08/17, we leave from Twin Willows around 10:00 or 10:30 AM and we get on 1-76. At mile marker 69.4, ** pulls over as him and his girlfriend smell SMOKE in the cab. I was following behind them in my vehicle. The brakes were again smoking and on fire (RED DRUMS), My son comes running up to the truck looking for water, as he said they were burning and could catch the truck on FIRE. He ended up having a bottle of vita-water in the tow-truck and threw that on the drum. (SMOKING NOW). AGAIN, we are all very UPSET at this point, and it is a VERY DANGEIOUS INTERSTATE 1-76. We called BM, and sent him the video of the smoking drums after the water was put on it. YES, After 3 attempts to fix this brakeissue, I had NO FAITH that your mechanics could properly fix the brake problem, I did demand that the tow truck be towed back to [redacted]. Your selected towing company called me and wanted to know who was going to pay the bit!, and that he WASN'T going to move the truck until he got paymentWOW, adding MORE EMOTIONAL STRESS AND BEING STRANDED AGAIN ON A VERY DANGERIOUS INTERSTATE AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS TO FIX THE BRAKE ISSUE, and THE FACT THAT YOU WERE PAID $30K FOR THIS TRUCK, that payment for towing did get resolved, and Twin Willows towing cost was $1,350.00 (The guy left the receipt in the tow truck), The tow truck was delivered around 6:30 pm to my mechanics shop in [redacted].The repairs for the Brake were faxed to Twin Willows on Monday 08/21 at 4:00 pm. I followed up with the BM on 08/22, and mostly was avoided, as! had to leave voice mails, and text messages. I asked them to pay the bill via credit card. The only way I got a status on this was I called the main line, and Sarah went and found him for me. They are all aware of what has taken place with us. When BM finally came to the phone, he informed me that the owner John S[redacted] is not going to pay the repair bill for the brakes. I informed BM that I will have an attorney involved. Of which the attorney fees in PA range from $150.00 an hour to $250.00 an hour.THE REPAIR OF THIS BRAKES STARTED AT TWIN WILLOWS, AND WAS NOT PROPERLY RESOLVED TO HAVE A WORKING BRAKE SYSTEM. No mechanic shop that has any business ethics will let their customer go an hour down the road, and all of a sudden it becomes my problem. REALLY!!Advantages I brought to TWIN Willows.1) The finance company, [redacted] Financial Group, that wired you my payment for the tow truck (apx. $30K) was provided by me, and a source for your salesman to use for other commercial vehicles on your property that you may have interested buyers for. BRINGING YOU CONTINUED BUSINESS SOURCES TO ADD TO YOUR FINANCIAL SOURCES.2) The purchase of the Tow Truck which has sit on your lot since 2015 according to CAR FAX Report. I had all good intentions of continuing my business expansion of my fleet with your company.Further concerns:3) According to PA law after further research after this ordeal, ALL Commercial Vehicles Sold are to have an Inspection Sticker or Rejection Sticker. This vehicle DID NOT have either. There was no emissions test done on this vehicle either. By law, I could have returned this tow truck,4) While [redacted] was livid after all that happen to us, I'm sure you would have been just as angry if you were the customer who just gave you $30K for a vehicle and it couldn't even be driven to ** because of the mechanics you had hoped would fix it. There was no episode of violence that took place, and everything was fine when we came to pick up the vehicle on 08/17 which was the 3rd attempt to fix the brake system. THE SITUATION OF BEING STRANDED AGAIN AND HAVING THE VEHICLE DRUMS CATCH FIRE WAS PRETTY SERIOUS, LET ALONE THE DANGERIOUS INTERSTATE. ** was not under the impression that he would have to bring his mechanical abilities, tools and anything else with us to pick up a $30K tow truck that was supposedly fixed after 3 days of having it to fix. Additional EMOTIONAL STRESS was finding out that the John S.was not going to pay for the repairs. When speaking with the salesman, I could tell even he did not agree with the decision that the owner made at that time. Furthermore, John S, never bothered to call me to discuss anything. He choose to ignore the situation, so maybe his CHARACTER NEEDS TO BE JUDGED. Furthermore, ** never returned to their business.5) So for those that don't know the cash required to even be able to drive the commercial vehicle off the lot. I was required to have 20% down payment to obtain financing ($6,228.34). Full coverage vehicle insurance was $6,671.00 additional premium. 1 am a start-up company, and this was my second truck. I had already hired an additional driver to drive the tow truck. I lost 2 days sales of business because of the trip to PA from **. I lost from 08/14/2017 until 08/30/2017 business that a second truck would bring in because of the BRAKE SYSTEM repairs which were $4,891.47 (Attached bill). I paid out wages to the second driver so that we would keep the driver until the truck got fixed. In summary, TWIN WILLOWS is responsible for the brake system repair bill due to the fact that the problem was not fixed properly after 3 different attempts, and I expect payment in full. I have had to put this bill on my credit card and am currently paying interest on this repair bill.Sincerely,[redacted]
