before we can perform repair to customers vehicale that causes delay in repair and Mr *** was aware of thatAlso we did extra work on Mr trans BMW to make sure that we extended our apology even though it was not caused by usYet Mr *** wanted us to not charge him for the deductible and we informed Mr *** that we couldn't do thatHe threaten the shop that if we didn't do that he will file a complaint and give us bad reviews which he didplease help us resolve this thanks
