Review: They are doing insurance repairs on our home, due to water damage. We signed a contract with them to begin repairs since September, and just started. Because of their delays, our insurance will no longer pay for our housing, our home is not livable. I have filed a complaint with California Dept ofInsurance also. Our project manager, Austin Daniels, says one thing to me and another to the insurance. They are sayi g it is our fault for the delays which is not true. They are just trying to cover their backs. The project manager was on leave and nothing was done at our home. Because of their delays we are being left without a place to stay as of Sunday Nov 22nd. I am disabled and do dialysis nightly at home. I need a sanitary place to stay with a bathroom, to connect my machine. Not like I can just sleep on a couch somewhere. My life is at risk because of my health issues. Only response project manager had wasthat theyd work daily to finish job, excluding weekends. But u til then, we have nowhere to goDesired Settlement: I just want them to take responsibility for their actions, finish the repairs on our home and make sure we have housing.
