First of all I would like to say I am sorry for all the confusion.
We are short handed on the tile installation side of our company. This has caused major delays in our installations.
We are not able to contract with this consumer at...
this time and feel it would be best for both sides if she would contact someone else to do work for her.

I thought about this response and feel that I am being brushed aside because my job is much smaller which in turn means they wouldn't make as much money off of me. I had hoped that a company such as this that has been in business along time, would have the courtesy to be upfront with the customer and say right away that they are short handed and have other jobs going on at this time. By holding off from contacting my, avoiding my calls and emails, gives me the impression that I as a customer, am not significant/important enough. If the business had told me earlier, I would have been able to research another company and have my work done this summer, as planned. I am a school teacher and only have a limited amount of time to do such projects. This summer would have been part one of the tiling and next summer, which is a bigger job, would have been part two. I had explained this to the sales team. But my calls and emails were neglected and by the time someone contacted me, it was too late to pursue other companies to help me out this summer.This information needs to be told to the customer in advance! I hope they don't mislead any other women, elderly/single, women looking to do some work in their homes/places of business.
