We had our roof sealed by them over 5 years ago, 4 months past the 5 year warranty date. we had a small leak and notified them . they responded within 2 days, even though we were past the warranty date the fixed the leak at no charge. The roof leak was repaired with no issues when it rained. They came out a second time to put a sealant on the repair, also at no expense. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a company with integrity. highly recommended!

We did not install the foam roof on the [redacted] Residence. Attached is a proposal showing the work we did on this roof.When we were initially contacted by the [redacted] to give them a proposal we recommended replacing the existing foam roof and a new foam roof installed because of the age...

They did not want to spend that much money as they did not know how long they would have the trailer house.We provided a less expensive option to repair and recoat the 20 to 30 year old foam and rolled roofing. That is why we stated in the proposal under scope of work: "Residence has an old foam roof with several recoats. Patio has rolled roofing also with several recoats."The old rolled roofing on the patio continues to crack and rupture the coating that we installed. These new cracks are the cause of their leaks. As the old rolled roofing cracks, we come out to repair the new leaks. When we received the complaint, we went out and installed new foam roofing over the existing rolled roofing where the leaks were occurring. It rained this weekend and they had no leaks with the new foam roofing.

Review: We have a foam roof on our house put on by this company. In the last five years we have had numerous leaks and they are very slow in coming for repairs. The warranty expires at the end of March. We have called numerous times, talked with the office girl, left messages and talked with the repairman. He is aware that we want to discuss the problem and want a quote on a new roof. We feel he is just waiting until the warranty if up to get in touch with us.Desired Settlement: Want him to come to our house to check out this roof and discuss options.
