Review: I ordered window cleaning service in my home on May 13th, 2013. The cleaning person broke a grate on the largest window in my living room when he removing it from the window. I paid in full as per their request when the service completed. They put the words "Grate on dining area window needs to be replaced by A-S Window Cleaning Service" and signed on my receipt.
Later on they came out once again to do the measurement in early August. Two weeks later I asked them for update, they told me the grate is on back order and they will come to replace it as soon as they get the grate. However, after that I have not heard anything from them no matter how I keep contacting them. They have no response to my email and/or telephone calls.
