I have used this company several times in the last months or so I did have some issues but got them resolved including having to return product to be fixed each time I had an issue I was able to talk to someone whom seem intelligent and would help me Well that is not the case this time I placed an order saying I needed a boot lifted and they sent me an envelope and like before it was to small for a boot, so not minding spending my money I UPS out the boot to the same address on the USPS envelope, which was *** *** ** *** ** well after a week I contacted them via phone a lady with a strong accent informed me that the address was the post office box, and I should have used USPS I informed her the envelope provided was too small and I prefer UPS and I have shipped to this address before with no one telling me not toSo I had to call her back to confirm it had been delivered days earlier, with tracking number I offered to give her tracking number she did not want the
