A+ Safe & Fast Towing

In response to this complaintThere are signs posted very clearly that if you leave the premises of [redacted] for any amount of time your vehicle will be towed at owners expense [redacted] is private property and does not want people filling there lot with beach goers.A+ Towing stayed open late that night to accommodate this young lady so she could get her finances in order.A+ Towing denies any responsibility for any damages being claimed to said vehicle A flatbed truck was used so the vehicle was not snatched or dragged in any way shape or formHowever, the vehicle in question when arriving at [redacted] was in deplorable conditionThe vehicle had been previously wrecked (side swiped) down one sideThere were other signs of damage all over the car and under the carThe vehicle even though being a “2003” was in horrible running condition when it arrived at [redacted] ( the location the vehicle was removed from)So any problems this vehicle has is the continual neglect of the vehicle owner and NOT A+ Towing.I understand being towed can put someone in a financial situationMy suggestion would be to: !pay attention to signagepay the fee to parkA+ Towing refuses to repair a car that obviously was in tremendous disrepair before being towed I myself was surprised when the vehicle left our establishment that it even ranIn NO way is A+ Towing reimbursing gas money , funds, a new car or reimbursement for the tow.This customer with whom I personally assisted was treated with professionalism, courtesy and respectUnfortunately no one enjoys or wants to be towed.Thank you,A+ Safe & Fast TowingComplaint Dept[redacted]
