Review: On Monday August 11th, the said company delivered a queen-sized mattress and box spring to my address. The delivery men were unable to fit the items into the elevator - which I found quite odd since larger items have been transported via this method. After a few more attempts, they said that I could use the stairs but they cannot assist. They stated more than once that they were not allowed to move items up staircases. Due to this, myself, the building superintendent and building porter assisted in moving the mattress and box spring up one flight of stairs, to my second floor apartment. After they had left I called the company to file a complaint, as well as to find out the refund process. STI/Santini/CRST service rep informed me that I would have to go directly through Sealy's since they paid the delivery vendor for their services. As of August 19th, I am yet to receive a call or update from the delivery co; and the Sealy's representative is also trying her best to obtain further information. I spoke to the manager and August 12th, who said he would look into it; and on August 14th I also left him a message. I would like to stress that the customer service reps from both companies have been incredibly polite. However, since I have not received (1) phone call in over a week of the incident I would appreciate further assistance.

Our in-room teams are trained to remove an old product, such as a large appliance, install the new product, power it on, and test it to ensure that it works.”Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the delivery/shipping charges as well as the charge to remove my old mattress. Though that part of the process (removing my old) was completed, I also assisted in moving the old mattress/box spring into the hallway, and tapped/covered the mattress with a plastic sheet, in accordance to NYS removal guidelines.

My August 11th delivery experience was completely stressful.
