We are very sorry that this customer felt the need to contact Revdex.comWe pride ourselves on good customer relations and this is the first Revdex.com complaint ever received in the years we have been in this business.The facts as stated by [redacted] are not completely accurate [redacted] did order special sized ear plugs ($after State Tax) which needed to be special ordered from our supplier located in CaliforniaThe order had been placed by us but the item not yet receivedWe normally receive orders from this supplier in approximately one week [redacted] called a couple times inquiring and we indicated we were looking into why we had not yet received the item from our supplierIn fact, an entire order was missing[redacted] never indicated that she needed these ear plugs for any specific date or eventAnd she also did not indicate that she was intending on using them for certification dives or that she was even a scuba diverMany people order these for swimmingShe never asked for a refund or that she did not want the item [redacted] , the named complaining party, never contacted us, ever! [redacted] advised us that she sleeps during the day, So just leave a messageI personally have tried calling and left a message with no response.We have learned that our order was lost by the shipper and the company is making a claimOur supplier is going to reship our order but we now have the opportunity to cancel these Ear Plugs if [redacted] does not want them anymoreWe have tried calling the customer, but will copy this response to the stated email address indicated in customer information.We are very sorry for any misunderstanding, but we cannot control supplier or shipper problemsA refund has never been requested by the customer except by reading the Revdex.com Complaint and we are more than willing to give a refund if the customer cares to advise us of same and stop in with their credit cardWe do not maintain Credit Card information on file
