⢠Very unorganized and unprofessional
⢠Missing $75 background application. They were unable to locate application or check for the payment. Please note that the check was deposited by Avid property management. They didn't even offer to refund or apologize.
⢠Frequent Incorrect invoice
⢠Parking - Car towed with parking permit. The car was released for half price since it was already towed. Avid Agent coordinating with the tow company was unable to address issue on time.
Overall, it has been a negative experience. Let's just hope they improve going forward.
