complaintant claims there was no contract; that is simply false as their is a signed contract by Rick S[redacted] reflecting the Client/contractor agreement, amount of monies paid before AND after installation- we tell our clients: "50% down and 50% when you're happy". We were paid the day after the completion of the work. The complaintaint was happy enough to have referred us to three separate people; one of which is documented in an email. Lynn B[redacted] and Rick S[redacted] have also included a complaint about a hair dryer damaging their floor. The contract reviews the proper cure times before the floor will reach full strength and the client signed off acknowledging that they understand the floor takes 7-10 days to reach it's full strength properties- This is also documented through email. Lynnie B[redacted] and Rick S[redacted] have not contacted me for months following the date of their installation to offer any complaints until they remodeled their home and damaged the floor via heavy construction by removing air conditioning components and ceilings without protecting the floor. In turn, there is damage to the floor as a result of not protecting the floor. They also removed a fireplace and a wall which they are expecting us to "remedy". We believe the client is offering unreasonable requests as a result of their activities following installation of the floor. I will be more than happy to provide any and all documentation necessary. Do not hesitate to call me directly at [redacted] to resolve the situation. Thanks, Bryan M[redacted]
