VERY NEGATIVE experience! If you're asking Brian to do a job other than floors, go elsewhere Brian installed my wood floors about a decade ago and did a decent job When I asked him, Brian indicated that he did many other things He gave me a quote to renovate my kid's bathroom (no invoice provided) and I foolishly hired him No invoice should have been my first and final clue After meeting Brian to get supplies that I purchased directly from a store, he asked me for a 1/deposit for labor I wrote him a check on the spot which he cashed the same day but he did not show up to start the job for another days While doing the bathroom demo, he worked a total of FULL days at my home then showed up only sporadically for a few hours here and there - never again worked a full day He would frequently talk on his phone while at my home or leave altogether to quote another job or work on other projects I was VERY foolish to give him more checks when he asked for more $ (essentially paid the ENTIRE cost of project before even a fraction of it was done - shame on me) After weeks I fired him He collected a total of $3,for demo'ing my bathroom, laying some floor tiles in part of the bathroom but did not grout the floor Brian installed a brand new bathtub I'd purchased but he drop a tile (or something) on the side and chipped about an inch of it out He decided not to share this error with me and simply tried to hide it by applying Epoxy He put up rows of tile that were much too large for the wall and he did not use the proper backing for the tiles - it was a disaster! I'll be the first to admit that I picked out the tile but I rely on pros to tell me that it's the incorrect type of tile for the project Brian has absolutely NO work ethic, NO idea how to handle a bathroom renovation and preys on people who trust him to do a job In addition to paying Brian $3,250, I've paid a new Contractor $1,just for the re-work alone (ripping out tile, tub and drywall as well as properly finishing the floors)! This new Contractor provided a full detailed invoice before he even started the job and has been amazing!

I will not use this company againBryan said he did drywall and other things besides floors so we hired him do our dinning room with new drywall, Waynes coat, chair rail, crown molding and base boardThis is only about square feet spaceHe said it would only take a few days to completeAfter about a month of us cattering to his schedule he left our dinning room unfinished and not looking all that greatHis joints looked horrible, he didn't scribe anything to fit( Its and old house and not that square or straight) so you need to spend a little time to get things to fitparts of the waynes coat he never put on leaving the wall unfinishedThere were parts of the chair rail that were not nailed and started pulling away from the wallThe base boards had really bad joints and were not even, leaving one to be sticking up higher than the otherand he never even did anything with the crown molding ( its still sitting on my garage floor
)Bryan kept asking me for money even thou the job wasn't progressing much but I was nice enough to keep giving it to him with hopes that he would finishThe drywall got textured before the taping and mudding was done leaving an unfinished look along the ceiling and corners and the joints themselves show thru the paint we put on It came down to me paying him all the money and he left us with an unfinished dinning room that we had to use for Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinnersHe basically took my money and ranI wished I could post pictures on here so everyone could see the mess he left us withVery disappointed in Bryan after we were so nice to him

I had hired Bryan ***, owner of Colorado Custom Flooring to install my hardwood floors and tileHorrible, horrible, horrible, horrible jobI have gaps in my hardwood floors as the hardwood floors were not properly installedMy tile is popping out along with the grout linesI have had several contractors come and verify they were not properly installedI have to tear out my entire floors now and redo them
