Our sincere apologies for your undelivered package, but we are only a shipping outlet for USPS and do not have any control over what happens with the package once the United States Postal Service has picked it upUSPS at that point has total control over itWhen the customer called about his package I was the only one here and had a line of customers I told him that I would take his tracking number and phone number and would call him back when I had timeThen approximately five minutes later he called back and I still had a line of customers to assistI repeated that I would call him back as soon as I could Then again five minutes later he called back and then at that point I was a little short with him as I had already stated in the two prior calls that I would address this issue when time permitted Then he called once again about five minutes later and was still rude to me, so at this point I hung up on him We do highly value all of our customers and pride ourselves in giving the best possible customer service, but as we all do deserve the proper respect of which this customer unfortunately did not provide us with Jerry P [redacted] Owner A+ Shipping Outlet
