I have asked to speak with the CEO [redacted] who is NOT a Marine and is always out of the office. This can be found in numerous locations on our website, including the page where you purchase our product - http://[redacted] We also have information regarding how to cancel your recurring subscription which can only be done by the customer within their [redacted] account. This information is also available on [redacted]'s website. We did not over bill this customer, the customer was billed for an automated recurring subscription which he could cancel at any time via his [redacted] account. The customer called us and we did state that we have a strict no refund policy. Despite this, the customer called back numerous additional times, harassing us with calls and eventually becoming abusive. Despite these facts, we have refunded him the money for the latest recurring subscription payment via [redacted].

The software is dodge and is not as described and has slowed my site down and has not given me any SEO benefits for the Pro version vs the FREE version. The site fails to mentioned a refund policy on their home page. There for I demand a full refund as similar companies selling the same products issue after 60 days such as [redacted] states their refund policy at the bottom of their page. It works as advertised and we provide both free support http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack and paid support http://semperplugins.com/support/ as well as phone and email support so that any user can report a problem with our product. Consumer Response The companies returns policy is very vague and does not honest tell the customer up front that this is not a one time priced product. Does not mentioned I would be charged $49 after paying $18. The product does not work well for me and should be offered a refund like similar companies like [redacted] all in one which offers a refund and tells you up front what you are getting. The Pro version is a scam, not offering much where you can get the extras with free plugsins such as [redacted]+, etc. Therefore I seek a refund or I have no other choice but to take up the issue with my credit card company. We even provide an example of our pricing making it as clear as possible what you pay and when. Our refund policy is also very clear. It states in bold and capital letters that we have a no refund policy. This is inline with others in our industry.
