Bad experience!! Not only do they do septic but also insulation to include sprayed in insulationWe received both their servicesFirst of all we were completely dissatisfied with the last minute people they hired at the last minute before winter to install our insulationWe payed them the quote that was given along with a payment from our septic billIt was a slip job to be nice about itOur exterior walls are 2x4, so each cavity should be fullInspectors could not determine the r value of our home due to the less than inch to up to four inches of insulationThis was not new construction but a remodelThey broke some shelves, they gauged my brand new china cabinet that I covered my self, thank goodness, there was over spray on all my outlets that they did not cover and on kitchen utensils and foodWe complainedSo they came out to do damage construction and see what needed to be redoneThey sent their "lead guy" out to do the replacement insulationHe brought in store bought cans of spray foam to fill in holes and insulation that did not get sprayed in correctlyThey stapled plastic within the cavities therefore there is not a seal between the bottom cavities and where the insulation actually startsThey left a huge mess and we have had to cut the insulation ourselves to put up the final wood on the wallsThere's so much more to this, than what I am going to even write here
In return,I was told that there was extra charge for a back roomThere was no back roomIt was pretty cut and dry- all exterior walls on first floor and crawl space under rear roofThey refuse to talk to me now and states they want to talk to my husbandWe have never received a cut for the damages and the redo basically didn't exist
On the septic we just had it checked out and inspected to find out that they did not put in our lateral lines correctly and our septic is full to the top (to the kid and over flowing) and seeping into our field which now is soggy all of the timeThey did not do a perk test what so ever and set the lines in to shallowThen when using the dozer to refill the lines, packed it in using said dozer, crushing the linesAnd not to top it off left the lines in peanut packing (styrofoam) for irrigation I'm guessingThey stated this is the new way to do it
Needless to say we have had to hire inspectors and an actual professional business to come make repairs
This company may say they are professional, but they are not and also use religion to make themselves seem at a higher standard They are crooks!!! I will never use them even to pump my septic and I will never use them again for any insulation servicesIn fact I will also not recommend them to anyone!
