Unfortunately, from the moment we walked through the door her business was not quite business like at all. From her personality to her lack of help and then an employee who had just quite standing in her hallway. I appreciate the Revdex.com looking into this and I am convinced that the practices that go on there will not last long! Thank you for your help. We have had
a lot of fraud with coupons in recent months When Ms*** came in, the coupon was not in her name, rather in her husbands name, because she said she could not buy more than in her name Our coupon vendors allow for personal use and up to as gifts When we scanned the coupon it had already been redeemed In this case, we let her know and asked her for another form of payment until the issue could be resolved, iecheck, cash or hold credit card in case we found it to be fraud She refused another form of payment as she said she had already paid for her coupon and didn't feel comfortable paying again and I proceeded to tel her that we would not charge the card if we found it to be in error Just as she is not into paying twice, we are not in habit of giving free massages

I passed the complaint on to the therapist to respond back to me so o could pass it along.
Number one, all therapists are subcontracted and only available by appointment. No one is supervised or managed and they arep each in charge of their own calendar. They are required to stay up to 20 minutes after a scheduled appointment time. Ms. [redacted] was over 30 minutes late for her set time. our therapists don't get paid to sit there, only by massage provided. At 20 minutes after her scheduled time slot the therapist chose to call his next appointment and bump her up. Ms. [redacted] showed up 35 minutes after her appointment and was told she could come back at 5 or reschedule. She got irate and started loudly complaining and so the therapist asked her to leave. She asked for the Manager and started running around the studio looking through rooms asking loudly for the manager and the therapist said he was it. She was again asked to leave and had to be walked out and the door shut to avoid any further discussions and yelling.
We do not provide refunds on coupons or other. She would have to request a refund from the vendor she purchased it through.

From the minute I called Serenity Now until the time I left I was treated like a very special client. It was my first visit to the office and I was very much at ease. The rooms were very clean and the music was tranquil. I have had many massages over the years and I will definitely be going back. This is a well kept secret as it's a little off the main highway but easily accessible. If you are looking for a first class massage at a very reasonable price then this is your spot.
