A-Service Plumbing

I had these guys re-pipe my house for over $and it has been a nightmare for a month nowThey did not install the water fixture correctly which created a slow leak in the kitchen behind the cabinets for over a weekThey admitted it was their mistakeThey they sent a company to put in fans and dehumidifiers which blew dust all over my houseI now have no kitchen floor because of the water damage and there are still leaks from what they said they know how to install, water line to the refirig, dish washer and reverse osmosis water systemALL STILL LEAK after being out here to fix it 4-times including twice that took all day RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE I HAVE PICTURES BUT CAN NOT POST THEM I hired them do other installations as well, water line to the refrigerator and reverse osmosis system but they can not install them correctly and blame the product rather than admit they do not know how to install something I am now having to find contractors to repair my kitchen

ASvc replace all the plumbing in my house for almost $3kEverything seemed fine until a leak busted out a few months laterI called them back as the work was still under warrantyMike (the owner) at first stated the work was no longer under warranty and I had to show them the original receipt to prove that it was The plumber proceeded to tear down part of the wall to expose the plumbing in order to repair the leakAfter splicing the pipe and allowing another gallon or so of water to pour out behind the wall, he managed to repair one of the two leaksAfter repairing the second leak he explained how the sheet rock work was not covered and for me to get in contact with Mike about that I called Mike back up and asked about the sheetrock replacementHe went on to state that it was not part of the warranty and that he would not have it replacedHe acknowledged that it would cost me $75-$to use one of his guys (my cost not his) The sheet rock was damaged due to the leak caused by the work they did and the materials they usedI expressed to the owner that it is better to get a few referrals and be considered for future work than to leave a client with a hole in the wall in order to save $Mike arrogantly responded with a retort as if loosing one or two customers would not affect him He also stated that he's responsible for the plumbing and not the drywall but when they installed the new plumbing, they replaced all the drywallIt was part of the scope of the workNow that this is a warranty repair, the drywall is no concern of his and decides to leave the hole in the wall just to save a few dollars I expressed to the owner that given he would not replace the drywall they cut open to expose the plumbing, I would never consider APlumbing for any future work and that I would never recommend them to anyoneHis response was one of someone who couldn't care less
