We explained to the gentleman more than once the car had been tinted beforeWe are not responsible for anything left behind by another shopThe car was used, not brand newWe are only as good as the vehicle will allow us to beThere is no such thing as a perfect tint job and I explained his several times to himHis reply was "that's what you say" I believe the customer has unrealistic expectations and I'm sorry he feels that wayAt the end of the day he was given an excellent tint job considering how much old adhesive was left behind from whoever removed the old filmThis is standard industry practice and I'm sorry if he does not understand thatI wouldn't show up at his job and tell him how to do it or that my buddy can do it betterHe was rude and really dismissive at everything I had to say to himAt that point when he was unwilling to listen to anything because he is obviously smarter than me, so I decided to walked awayI told him what we were willing to replace and to him that was not acceptableAgain, a used car that has been tinted before will rarely come out as clean as a brand new car with no previous film on it As far him paying cash Yes he was told to pay cash and he knows exactly was he was told to pay cashHis taxes are included in his priceAgain, I'm sorry he does not understand that, and he was more than happy to pay the cash for the record! explained his several times to him. His reply was "that's what you say"........ I believe the customer has unrealistic expectations and I'm sorry he feels that way. At the end of the day he was given an excellent tint job considering how much old adhesive was left behind from whoever removed the old film. This is standard industry practice and I'm sorry if he does not understand that. I wouldn't show up at his job and tell him how to do it or that my buddy can do it better. He was rude and really dismissive at everything I had to say to him. At that point when he was unwilling to listen to anything because he is obviously smarter than me, so I decided to walked away. I told him what we were willing to replace and to him that was not acceptable. Again, a used car that has been tinted before will rarely come out as clean as a brand new car with no previous film on it. As far him paying cash. Yes he was told to pay cash and he knows exactly was he was told to pay cash. His taxes are included in his price. Again, I'm sorry he does not understand that, and he was more than happy to pay the cash for the record!

We purchased window tinting for our car back in the summer of 2013. We have been calling this company for the last 7-months trying to get the warranty they failed to give to us. We have called 13 times, spoke with both the owner "[redacted]" and another staff member "J[redacted]". Both have told us over and over again that the warranty would be sent to us, but never has. Today, Jan. 2, I called again and I was cursed at several times (Fk) and was hung up on. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
