I am rejecting this response because Jeff is not telling the truth about our interactionsWhile we did text Jeff to say our check had bounced because it looked like it had, I never said we were putting a hold on it and it did end up going throughJeff told me he no longer used his agreement or contract and I was never shown itI was never asked to sign itI also told him that I did not like a floating time slot and that was one of the reasons we left the previous teacherYou can see in the attached messages that Jeff stated to me that he always keeps the same time slot for his clientsThe only time I texted him early in the morning was when he was texting me past pm at night which is equally as rudeHe never set up a time to meet with me to return the moneyI even told him he could send it certified mail so we could track it and would have gladly taken that out of the money he owed usMy husband did call because I was tired of dealing with this and he also told *** he would put a check in the mail which we never receivedI did not tell him I was submitting this report because as you can see from the text messages, he never responded to the last few that I sent asking for the status of my refund

[redacted] has made a deceptive, false report to the Revdex.com in regards to my business practice and over all character. Who initial sentence states "A plus Music School". I do business as A Sharp Music School. Furthermore, I received a text mail from [redacted] on...

October 4th, 2016 stating that her check had bounced and that she was putting a hold on it. Text mail is saved for evidence. A week later [redacted] breached my service agreement by cancelling my service and her allocated time slot for all remaining lessons. The agreement is on the website. She was shown this agreement after initial lesson, but  she refused to sign it. I then notified her, her time slot could be subject to change should someone else ask for the allocated time slot. She agreed by saying her previous piano teacher would often change day and times and had no problem with a "Floating" time for the piano lesson. Furthmore, she began to harass me by phone despite me asking her to stop calling and texting and bizzare hours as early as 6am in the morning. I sent a money order to simply get out of the situation. She claimed she never received it. I sent another. She still claimed she wasn't receiving my mail. I then set up a time to meet with her to simply give her a money order. She failed to be home at the designated time and day of the meeting.She warned me that her husband "[redacted]" would be calling me. A male did contact me and I stated I would only refund the money to [redacted] and that he was a third party.She asked me to place the refund in her mailbox, which violates Federal Law Title 18 section 1725.I have saved the the text mail exchange and will be contacting my phone carrier to get my call detail to show the Revdex.com the actual exchange between [redacted]. I did not receive any notice from her recently, or any warning she was going to go to further extremes in regards to a refund. Hence I figured one of the money orders had finally arrived. I will be happy, once able to, to show the Revdex.com all evidence of my statements in my response to her erroneous complaint.
