Review: I had a consultation for hair color. I told [redacted] the manager and [redacted] the colorist what I wanted. I told them I just started to color my hair and my natural color is light brown, but for some reason I was getting red tones on the top of my hair when another colorist in another salon dyed it for me. I asked them if they can color my hair back to my natural light brown color, and take out the red tones on the top. I told them if they cannot do it, to let me know and I will go to someone that can do it, or do it myself with the box color. I told them I did not want to spent over $100 dollars again to get the same color I came in with. They told me their work was guaranteed. long story short, I had the red tones on the top again, but not as much that day. The next day it was even more red. I called them to let them know and I was told to wait because you were not supposed to color hair right away, and that I should wait a few weeks.When I came back in to ask for my hair to be redone, or my money back, (as per their guarantee)I was told that another colorist would do it for me, but I would have to pay again. That is unacceptable. They lied to me, and their work was not guaranteed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I don't want to deal with them anymore and feel very uncomfortable going back there. I paid $110 dollars with a $20 tip. If they would of informed me at the start, that they could not get my color the way I asked for me, instead of lying to me, I would of went somewhere else. Not only that, but they lied and told me their work was guaranteed, but I did not get my money back. Instead, they offered to do it over and charge me again.Thank you.

Client : [redacted] came in for a Corrective Color Service

Stated, She was unhappy with the red tones in her hair that she received from another Salon.

We explained to her that we could tone down the red and make it a Natural light Brown color which is what we achieved.

We also stated to her Before the service that completely omitting the red tone would take a few applications so as not to make it dark which she expressed was what she didnt want to do.

She left indicating that she was pleased with the results tipping the colorist generously and embracing her for being so satisfied.

On Tuesday June [redacted] she came in again consulting with another Colorist stating that she would like to go back to her original shade.The Colorist advised her to bring in a photograph of herself with her natural color from before when she was ready to do color again. She again left satisfied and stated that she would come back then.

There was never a time that she expressed being unhappy with the results or that she wanted her money to be refunded.

We do Guarantee our work within a weeks time and would have gladly done it over if she had indicated she was unhappy with the results.
