Review: I purchased Microsoft software on line. They downloaded it to my computer June 23, 2014. I canceled the order a few days later. They said that the $99.99 would be returned to my account within 1-2 days. Never happened. When I received my account statement July 9, 2014, I called them again. They made the same claim, 1-2 days. August 9, 2014 they made the same claim. As of today October 1, 2014, they have yet to refund my money.Desired Settlement: $99.99
