A Shred Ahead

We hired this company to handle our shredding needs. The company did not show up for 3 months and we terminated them. Now they are still billing usAs stated above, no one showed up to shred our documents, we had to hire another company to shred our papers. We paid the invoices, however now they are billing us for an additional month when there was nothing to shred as we had to have the other company complete the taskDesired Settlementzero our account and stop contacting usBusiness Response Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] account was placed on hold for a lack of payment. After many attempts to resolve the debt, Mr. [redacted] account was turned over to a collections service. Consumer Response we fired this company because they did not pick up our documents for 3 months in a row. Now they are attempting to collect another month from us. We have refused to pay them for a service not provided. It is obvious to us that this company must have financial problems if this how they handle their business.
