A Simple Interlock

I am required to have an ignition interlock device installed in my vehicle, which is provided by Simple Interlock. On or about 04/16/2019, the equipment alleges I violated the parameters of the device, specifically, "failing to submit to a rolling test" and "tampering with or attempting to tamper with the IID." As a result, the state of CT added 2 more months to the time I need to have the IID installed. Once I received the violation letter from the state, I immediately filed an incident report to Simple Interlock to advise them of the mistake, as per the instructions provided by Simple Interlock. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called them and they said they never received my incident report and to submit another one, which I did on May 2nd. Again, I heard nothing. They say on their website they will respond to me within 7 business days, which they did not. At this point, on May 9th, I contacted them again by phone and was advised to email them again to inform them I am running out of time to dispute the claim and that I need them to make a determination. Yet again, I heard nothing until May 17th, when they tell me they cannot do anything for me and to contact DMV to dispute the violations, which can only be done within 21 days of receiving the notice of violation from the state.

Due to Simple Interlock's blatant negligence in handling my claim, I have lost my eligibly to dispute these violations with the state and I am stuck with the violations on my record. I want Simple Interlock to correct the issue and provide me with a detailed, written explanation as to why my claim was so grievously mishandled. If this does not occur, it may result in a lawsuit.
