I am rejecting this response because: I am the customer who saw this company at a convention Unfortunately the response that Armando Bonilla gave was incorrectHe claims to have tried to contact our office and provided several options Unfortunately, this company had made promises that they failed to produce what they had promised this company is an internet website developer and website SEO design and hosting company I had contracted with them to develop a custom website and they were supposed to buy out my current website contract so that they could put up their website instead I was in Arizona at the ASBA meeting but I did not know the specifics about my then website developing company Armando Bonilla and Rick Ok promised to buy out my friends and my (then) contracts and then develop and host the new websites We were never even shown a hard copy of their contract, but was instead asked to sign on an ipad We were never given a contract to read before we signed So we were not aware of the terms and conditions of their contract! When I got back, and explained that I had months (until June 2017) I explained this that I could not transfer the domain to their company, and american Dental Software refused to buy out the remainder of the contract I then asked them to cease and desist all work on the development of the website, since they refused to buy out the remainder of my contract I informed them that they would have to wait until after my contract expired because they refused to honor their commitment to buy out my contract.I wrote to them to stop all work on the website in early June, before the they completed the website.But they did not heed my cease and desist request, but instead claims that they continued to work on the website and purchased a domain and published the website without my approval or authorization! This company claims they purchased and published a website about my company without my approval or authorization!!!!Then they keep trying to charge my credit card without my authorization They had charged my card $3600 and I had nothing to show for it I never even saw the website.I don't know where Armando got such inflated numbers, but it is very unfortunate that he then calls me a liar in his response I am a Dentist and I pride myself in my honor If he was truly reputable, he would have terminated the agreement and would have said that they couldn't meet our needs Instead they have filed a claim in small claims court for payment for work that they did not have authority to perform They were the ones who breached the contract that they had agreed to verbally but this company is not a very reputable company.I was the one who tried to offer them other solutions, this company NEVER GAVE ME ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES!!!!We even offered to settle this matterbut Armando said NO!!! We look forward to seeing you in court!This guy files a lawsuit on May 23, and waits until July 17th to notify me about a case that I am supposed to appear in a court in the CA desert 1/hours from LAX I live in Hawaii.The original court date was Aug 1st They waited on notifying me! I filed for a postponement and was granted it to Aug Then days before the rescheduled trial, Armando asked for and was granted a postponement to Sep 12, (because of a forgotten Medical appointment!!!This is the kind of games that this company, who claims to look forward to seeing me in court plays.So sadDr***

This is ridicules going back and fourthI submitted the contract and in the contract it never stats that we would buy out his contract. Anyone with half a brain would want that important clause (That we would buy out Contract) to be in the agreement if that was trueAgain I am going to call him a liar and will call him a liar to his face when I see him in court as well because that is exactly what he isIn the agreement it shows what he signed and that is what the judge is going to see. He actually signed the the agreement using his self phone and has a copy for his records as wellSo him saying that he doesn't know what he signed is completely falseso again this is another lie which I can prove in court as wellIn his email he even got a copy so he could read it as wellHe is to the point now where he is going to say what ever he needs to to get off the hookIf we were such a bad company then why did his friend who also signed up with us at the same meeting is still using our services and quite happy with what were doing for him (MrTeramoto). Explain that Dr ***? Dr *** is the same guy who told Rick that we forced him to sign the agreementThat tells me he is someone who doesn't like to take responsibility for his own actions. Which I don't know how we possibly forced him to sign the agreement which I want him to explain that to us as well. So please ask him that one? I submitted my proof and if you need more please let me know
