Stay away from this con artist dealershipThe most unprofessional sales people and managersEspecially stay away from the sales guy RalphHe is an incompetent clownFirst he pulls an unrealistic price out of the sky promising to get the car you wantHe pressures you for a deposit and then disappearsWhen you finally get a hold of him he tells you the car you want is unavailableHe tries to push a different car on youHe has the nerve to text unprofessionally at 11pmHe is nasty and rudeThe way he speaks on the phone is no wonder he cant make a saleHe promises to get you a more expensive car for the initial price but obviously those prices are not valid once you start showing interestThe car he supposedly was unable to find was available on many lots in the tri-state areThis dealership just never intended to actually get itNot only did we lose money having to extend our current lease because Ralph get stalling but we had to fight to even get our deposit backThe staff are all rude and always have an attitudeManager promises to call back but that never happensSTAY AWAY!!!! Go to Staten Island instead or any other Jeep dealershipWhen we went to other Jeep dealerships and told them what happened they laughed because they knew Bayridge Jeep is always creating some kind of schemes to put customers on the spot

Dealer refuses to work on or even diagnose an issue that is under warranty, because the vehicle has been taken to a different dealer before for a transmission replacementMy case manager at Bayridge Chrysler stated that her supervisor told her to refuse service to the vehicle because it is likely due to previous work done at a different dealerI spoke to Chrysler corporate office and they said they cannot refuse service for a repair that is under warranty, will be filing a complaint with tomorrow with Chrysler headquarters

I leased a brand new jeep grand Cherokee from this dealer and months later with miles on the vehicle the check engine light comes on and engine begins shakingI took the car to sevice center asapThey provided me with no loaner car and stated I must pay out of pocket at this time for a rental and they might reimburse me later with no guarantee days later and they have not even diagnosed the car let alone fox itI am is first responder in NYC and need the car for workI purchased the vehicle new so I would have coverage against these types of issues and now I am suffering financial damages through no fault of my own with no effort on their part to reimburse or accommodate their cars engine having an issue
