This company was fine in the beginning. They hosted my website since 2013. However this year it's a new story with these people. I couldn't sign in because my acct didn't exist, even the acct that I have had since 013, spending 2-1/2 hours with tech-support was a nightmare from hell. I don't like having to type everything and the tech support team really don't know what they are doing. My last communication with them was 2/5/2018 at 7:30pm trying to access my billing information. If they do not fix this problem and if I lose my hosting because they can't seem to fix the problem I plan to sue. "BEWARE"
we have been using their service for few months and we liked it until last week. Our site is down due an issue in their servers and we are not able to access it at all and not even the Cpanel to get our website codes. Their customer service used to be good but after this issue, they are not responding. so we don't know what's going on and how long it's going to last. !!!","neg-3
This company has the worst most unresponsive technical and billing support. Twice I have purchased services that they never implemented. They then turned the blame on me saying that I needed to respond to them sooner. I never received notifications from them requesting any sort of information. I was also set up for auto renew of my domain but I kept receiving notifications that my domain would expire soon. When I contacted them to ask about this they informed that since I use [redacted] I would need to set up the reoccurring payments on my own. I did this and they received payment. 4 days later on the day of my domain expiration another reoccurring payment was created and an additional payment was withdrawn. They continue to point the finger at me and [redacted] as if one of use did this. They still have not issued a refund for being paid twice for the same service. They take days to respond to any request and when they do it is clear they have not bothered to review the issue.

Been down 10 days this month, 12/2015. There is no published phone number. Chat takes 1 hour to get connected and then there is no specific information. Been on chat two times a day for the last 7 days. and Chat goes something like this:
Me: What is the status on my server
Them: We don't know. The techs are working on it as fast as they can. We will get your server up as soon as we can.
Me: Can I talk to a supervisor.
Them: No. Monday is the soonest a supervisor will be available.
Me: What is the exact problem with my server
Them: A block of VPSs went down. It can'tn communicate to the SANs
Me: What does that mean?
Them: We can't get to your VPS at the moment. We are working as fast as we can. I will submit a ticket to tech support
After 10 tickets being submitted. NOT a single one was responded to. They ignored them all. Didn't answer a single one.
Has to wait an hour each time twice a day, for seven days to get the same answers and the same information.
I am writing this and my servers are STILL not back up and running.
