A+ Smog

Review: My main complaint is concerning my muffler. A Plus smog replaced my catalytic converter and they welded it on at an angle so now it rattles against the frame of the vehicle. It is loud, noisy, embarrassing. It sounds like its falling apart and I'm worried that I'll be driving down the road and the muffler, the catalytic conveter and anything attached might just fall off. I returned the car once and I was told it was the welder and they didn't fix the problem. A Plus smog also left a fuel pressure tester attached to the fuel filter and all the fuel leaked out. A Plus smog left the light on in my car and drained the battery completely dead, they charged it just before I picked it up but did not tell me about it so I drove it home and turned it off, next day battery is dead. I had to call AAA for a jump start. AAA informed me to let the vehicle run for awhile after a jump start so the battery can recharge. If A Plus had told me they just jumped my battery because they drained it, the entire tow truck call could have been avoided. A Plus smog also removed the stereo, even though it has nothing to do with emissions, and didnt replace it correctly. They left out parts and the ashtray no longer fit. They did fix this when I returned it but while doing so cracked the center console and partially disconnected the dash lights and completely disconnected the center console light. This makes it difficult to drive at night. A Plus smog also put a medium size dent in the drivers side back door and left the door handle, floor mat and carpet greasy and the steering wheel and gear shifter was extremely covered with grease.

I want A Plus smog to repair the weld so that everything is in its proper place and not banging and rattling on the frame. I want my dash lights and center console light to work properly.
