Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: After receiving the improperly endorsed check (not signed entirely), and since our bank and the check writer wrote on the same bank, we contacted our bank *** *** Hdqts who contacted Bank Security who suggested we go ahead and deposit and run it through We did that! But we did not deposit it the same day as Snider Enterprises states! It was several days and after we contacted Revdex.com of NW NC Snider Enterprises has caused us considerable pain and suffering Further by delaying the shipments of defective grates we were forced to use expensive electric heat Vs our woodstove Thanks for your support! People in NC can get away with cheating clients and customers At Least I did get some money back thanks to Revdex.com I do not accept the response made by the business however I consider this case closed *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
It is almost 2-months since I purchased these parts Stove Parts sold me the parts I don't know or care who there supplier was! complaints have been filed against them! Mine is 11! They will not answer their phone and I think I know why I paid upfront and have returned the defective gate as requested I still have not received replacement! I have never dealt with a company as they are! They asked me for pictures and I sent them They ask me for more pictures and I sent those also Still no grates! You need to put the Attorney General on these people and put the fear of God about how they treat customers and take their money and they act like I am at fault and disbelieve even after sending them pictures How can the Revdex.com of NC allow a company with complaints stay in business Then they have the gumption to ask me to resined my complaint They should refund my money and send me a replacement for all the pain and suffering they put me through.

From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Thursday, April 23, 2015 12:08 PMTo: [redacted]Subject: Complaint [redacted]Please be advised that we have sent a check in the amount of $139.68 to this customer to reimburse him for one wood stove grate so that this matter can be closed.   A replacement was sent as per our last communications, but now thecustomer claims that he was sent the same piece back, only repainted.  A new part was in fact sent to the customer.  Attached is a copy of the note sent to the customer and a copy of the check.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Snider Enterprises

From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Monday, April 13, 2015 9:53 AMTo: [redacted]Subject: Complaint ID 1056300 Ms. [redacted], the above complaint had been resolved prior to our receiving yourletter.    The customer has told us...

that he will rescind this complaint. We are a distributor for wood stove parts, not the manufacturer, so when we have an issue we have to go back to the manufacturer.  In this care where a grate was warped, neither we or the manufacturer had experienced this type of complaint and we had to get the manufacturer involved to resolve the issue with the customer.  At any rate, I hope the customer will rescind the complaint as he has told us he would.[redacted] EnterprisesPhone:  ###-###-####E-mail: [redacted]

From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Tuesday, April 21, 2015 6:05 PMTo: [redacted]Subject: Complaint [redacted]The replacement part for the above customer has been shipped to him as evidenced by the attached invoice from the supplier.  When the customer reported the defect, we asked for pictures so we could identify the problem.  The pictures did not provide the information we needed so we asked him to return the part.  Our supplier could not find any defect with the part returned, but however, to satisfy the customer was willing to replace the piece.  (I have worked for a supplier for 35 years and this is standard procedure when trying to satisfy a complaint). After initial conversations with the customer, he seemed to be satisfied and apologized to us for his language and outburst.  At that time, we asked him if he would so notify the Revdex.com and he said he would.  Two days later, he was calling back using profanity and threatening to have us arrested.  This was similar to the tone of the none he subsequently has sent to you.  We apologize that the customer feels we have caused him pain and suffering, but we have tried to get his issue resolved in making the requests we made of him for pictures, returning the part, etc.   Apparently his wife is quite ill, so we wish them both the best and that he will be satisfied with the replacement part.[redacted]Snider Enterprises

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do however disagree with the statement a NEW grate was sent.  It was NOT!  I marked the return grate with a chizel mark and it was witnessed by several.  I got the same grate back but only repainted and warped!  Remember this, when you cheat and screw the customer it will always come back to bite you!  You should and could be prosecuted severely.

Review: I paid for a product that was never delivered. I purchased a tempered glass part for my Efel stove from 109 Outpost and it never arrived. My check for 141.67 was cashed in December 31 2012. To date, I have tried over 6 times to contact 109 Outpost during their business hours with no reply. I have left detailed messages leaving contact information via phone and email. I have not received any response from 109 outpost to date.I would like to have the part for my stove, or my check refunded. That is all I want.Desired Settlement: I would like the part for my stove or a refund of 141.67.

Review: I ordered a new blower motor for my wood stove on the 23rd of Dec 2013. I received an email on the 30th of Dec 2013 that the part had been shipped. On the 6th of Jan 2014 I sent them an email asking for the tracking number for my order that was shipped by [redacted] according to their email. They did not respond to this or any of my follow up emails or phone messages. It has been over a month since they claimed to have shipped my item and it has not been received.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of the 103.95 that I sent to them. I no longer believe they would send me a useable part for my stove anyway.

Review: On 3/18/2015 (invoice #60736) I purchased and paid via Visa for (2) grates (S510160) and (2) Top Brackets (S511290).I received the grates and brackets. One of the grates (S510160) is warped so bad it will not go into the lower brackets of my wood stove. I immediately emailed wood stove parts (A. Snider Enterprises, Inc) about the grate and ask for another replacement. I heard nothing. So I called and left several messages. (they never answer the phones). I did receive a call back from wood stove parts requesting I send pictures of the warped grate. I did same day. April 1st, 2015. I called to verify they received them (no answer), I emailed (no response). I called again today and left another message (###-###-####) and heard nothing nor did they answer.Desired Settlement: Refund/Replacement or either! Rather have a replacement! But this business seems hesitant to do anything but collect my money and write me off. I will not allow this! They are selling defective equipment that could have an serious affect to our health (exhaust fumes or smoke). Grates will not fit do it being warped (not forged properly)!
