From: [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] ] Sent: Tuesday, April 21, 6:PMTo: [redacted] ***Subject: Complaint [redacted] The replacement part for the above customer has been shipped to him as evidenced by the attached invoice from the supplier When the customer reported the defect, we asked for pictures so we could identify the problem The pictures did not provide the information we needed so we asked him to return the part Our supplier could not find any defect with the part returned, but however, to satisfy the customer was willing to replace the piece (I have worked for a supplier for years and this is standard procedure when trying to satisfy a complaint).After initial conversations with the customer, he seemed to be satisfied and apologized to us for his language and outburst At that time, we asked him if he would so notify the Revdex.com and he said he would Two days later, he was calling back using profanity and threatening to have us arrested This was similar to the tone of the none he subsequently has sent to you We apologize that the customer feels we have caused him pain and suffering, but we have tried to get his issue resolved in making the requests we made of him for pictures, returning the part, etc Apparently his wife is quite ill, so we wish them both the best and that he will be satisfied with the replacement part[redacted] Snider Enterprises

I am officially requesting that you (Revdex.com of NW NC) examine this reimbursement and furnish me your opinion if it is a proper endorced instrument for presentation to my bank? I have been upfront with you about this ASnider Enterprise, Inc., shoddy and unprofessional methods I have contacted the FBI and Attorney General and Consumer Affairs office to alert same of this company This whole mess and complaints filed against them indicates serious problems Thanks [redacted] ***
