Talked to [redacted](Owner)about admission of my son into rehab program. Asked many question regarding insurance and costs for his admission. She told me that a $10,000 deposit was required to cover costs until insurance payment was received. Once they receive benefits the first thing that happens is a repayment check would be issued back to me. She said the amount of refund would depend on the percentage of coverage by the insurance, If they cover 70% you get 70% back, if they cover 90% you get 90% back.Our insurance paid 100% of costs. After many phone calls and emails sent,we are getting no response.The business manager tells me that [redacted] is the only person who can take care of this matter.[redacted] told me twice that she didn't have the paper work in front of her and she would get back to me. Weeks have gone by with no response.
