applications and we contract only 50% of those.  We are not pushy at all on the purchase of our vehicles in fact we have a 48 hour return policy.  If you are not satisfied for any reason in 40hrs you can bring the vehicle back for full refund just as long as there is less than 200 miles put on it and it comes back in the same condition as when it left.  We never refuse a payoff from anyone.  If a customer goes to any dealership and is able to work out a trade in to payoff the loan we would never refuse that payoff.  She claims the car is falling apart that is a mystery to us.  We provided a 24 month or 24000 mile warranty on the vehicle which ever comes first.  If there was an issue with the vehicle we try to assist all our customers.  Regarding the down payment on the vehicle it was always $1000, we even assisted [redacted] by breaking that up to $100 day of delivery and 3 installments of $300.  Our auto pay system works I cannot tell you why [redacted] is having a problem with it.  We have 55% of our customers on it and it runs without fail every day.Thank youMark B[redacted]PresidentSouth Jersey Auto Finance

J Channels around windows were installed incorrectly causing water to run down on my window frames causing wood to begin to rot. Siding was not installed properly and is falling off in big chunks allowing water to run down between the siding and insulation on the east side of my ghouse. Flashing around chimney is sloppy and was supposed to be corrected. A Southern Roofing received $15,000 plus dollars for a roof and replacement of siding on the house. Subcontractor for siding finished the job by himself and we inquired if anyone else would be out to help him. He assured us he could finished it after he did not show up for a couple of days. Siding is falling off my house. A Southern sent a repairman out to look at needed repairs and he said he would go back and talk to [redacted] and probably start next week. That was at least two and a half weeks ago in March, 2013. I received a letter from A Southern Roofing blaming my window wrapping providers for the J Channels.. My windows were not wrapped until after A Southern had completed the siding. I do not kow who signd the letter because I could not read the signature and when I called about the letter, nobody knew who it was. I have called several times and spoke with [redacted] and she says that she has relayed the messages. I called today ( 4/10/13) and left amessage with [redacted]. I have not heard back from the repairman either. It is suppose to rain tomorrow!
