in refference to above case we would like to clarify the following :
1- the buyer checked the car 2 dayes befor he decide to buy it he had enough and free time to check it over and and took it for road test more than
30...

mins when he returned the car he was very satisfied with it and he said it is perfect and every thing is fine
after 2 days he backed again and checked it then it was the second time for road test and checked it over again and he was happy and satisfied
and he was told both times he has the right to check it any where else befor he make the deal
he said it is fine and I am happy with it .
the car sold AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY and he agreed .
2- 3 days later he called and he mentioned there is a sequeling noise in the belt and he took it to his mechanic and told him this from belt tensioner
he came to us and we purchase new one for him from dealer and gave it to him for free and he said he will install by himself .
3- after 2 days he came and said the sound is from something else not from belt and complained from air condition compressor we checked the A/C WAS
RUNNING VERY GOOD AND COOLING and we did not notice any thing noisy .
then we told him that the car was sold as used car without warranty
any way this is what happened
the car was in very good condition it is used car and sold with out any warranty and he was aware with that

the owner has exaggerated time lines as he was called the very next morning after the car was purchased.at no time did he mention it was as is and no warranty. he denies the noise existed the 2nd time it was brought back but his mechanic acknowledged the noise. his mechanic identified the noise as the tensioner, I was told it was the A/C from the start. the noise was recorded before we met and again after and it still exists. the noise did not show up until the car was hot and the owner experienced this himself. I am pursing this matter further.

WHEN WE SELL THE CARS IT IS USED CARS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY
BUT WE USED TO MENTION TO ALL BUYERS THERE IS MECHANICAL WARRANTY COVERED BY THIRD PARTY THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EXTRA
ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE AND THIS WARRANTY HAS DIFFERENT COVERAGE ,IT IS UP TO THEM TO BUY IT OR NOT .
WE GIVE THEM THE DETAILS AND IT IS UP TO THEM TO CHOOSE WHAT THEY LIKE THEN THEY PAY FOR IT EXTRA .
WE OFFERED HIM THAT BUT HE REFUSED TO BUY ANY WARRANTY AND I HAVE WITTENESS FOR THIS CASE .
ALSO IF THERE IS ANY WARRANTY COVERED IT SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN HIS BILL OF SALE ,AND SIGNED BY US
BUT WE DID NOT GIVE HIM ANY WARRANTY ,AS AGREED WITH HIM .

do not accept because he is a liar. he offered nothing and when papers were signed there was no one in the office. if he has a witness tell him to bring them to court with him.
