Dear [redacted],
Thank you for forwarding me Mr [redacted]'s complaint. We take all problems seriously and make it our priority...
that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We did agree on a solution to use wheel spacers at no cost to the buyer. However we were confused when the buyer indicated they did not want to run the wheel spacers on their vehicle yet they still wanted us to send them. Through multiple calls and emails the buyer no longer wanted to troubleshoot the problem with us. We informed the buyer that we would take the item back and provide a full refund. We normally do not accept returns on mounted wheels but in this case we cab an exception for Mr [redacted] case. Prepaid UPS shipping labels were sent to the buyer's email. Phone calls and emails were sent to make sure that even though things did not work out, taking back the wheels would not be an issue.
We are now shipping the spacers out to Mr [redacted] due to his recent correspondence confirming that he is willing to use them.
