Beware [redacted] and All Northwest Landscaping. [redacted] bid our job saying he was qualified (landscape architect from [redacted]) to excavate, install retaining walls and create parking pad on our property. It became VERY apparent VERY quickly that he is NOT qualified and is NOT a landscape architect. His website says he is licensed, bonded and insured and shows bogus pictures of work he pretends to have done. He does carry current insurance but his license is a business license(under another company called A+ Sprinklers which was just reinstated as of 6/13) not a contractor's license and he is not bonded. I could go on and on about this scammer but this is a warning to others. We fired [redacted] and lost our deposit but it was worth it to get rid of him. Beware of [redacted], All Northwest Landscaping and any sprinkler company he may go under at one time or another.
