Our company has refused to work any longer for the gentlemen who wrote this reviewHe has since then threatend me and has written some untrue statements to bad mouth our reputable companyWe have a great reputation in the sprinkler/irrigation field and are rated as one of the top companies in
Austin. I will take a few minutes to let those of you who wish to read this understand a better picture of this situation. The gentlemen who contacted us Mr Called to ask if we can come give him a free estimate I told him that for irrigation repairs we do not give free estimatesWe charge a service call being that there is alot involved with running through a system which requires time and lobor and a man crew! So he asked what the charge is and I told him $which includes all labor for the first hourHe asked if we could install his parts if he purchased them and I told him yes we canWe then scheduled a date for the technicians to come outOn the date the technicians came out the gentlemen was very difficult to work withMy technician called me multiple times saying he is very difficult to underatand and will not use any of our parts that we need to fix things so he keeps going to homedepot to get stuff while we have to sit here and waitThis went on multiple times! My techs spent nearly hrs at this property and only charged around hrs worth of labor! When we tried to recieve payment for the work done it was a very difficult situation which also took about minitesThe gentleman was complaining about the price which was way lower than we should have chargedIt is my underatanding that the customer bought some of the wrong type of valves which he wanted to buy himself rather than use what we installI told the gentleman he is very difficult to work with and that we cannot stay there any longer and not charge him labor! I felt we had been more than resonable to himI told the man he would have to get another company to do the rest of the work he wanted done because we refuse to work for him anylonger We ONLY got paid for a portion of the time we where there and about $worth of our fittingsWe do not owe the man any more work and he did not pay for something we haven't completed! He only paid for what work was allready completed! It is my understanding we can refuse service to anyone and we are using our right to do that with this manThis is the only time in and a half years we have EVER refused to continue to work for someoneI hope those of you who read this understand and possibly even do a little research and see for yourself we are a very honest professional business who many people trust Thank you, A + Sprinklers & Landscape 512-588-/ 830-660-

I am rejecting this response because:

To this date (Thursday, October 21, 2015), the company has not completed
the job and since he did not respond to my original complain in a
timely manner, I had to hire another  person to complete the job.

On Friday October 16, 2015 [The same day that I received the Business
offer through the Revdex.com office.] The original technician who worked on our
Sprinkler system and kindly offered to complete the job in his own
time, called my cell phone at 4:11 p.m. and asked  if I knew him, I told
him I did not recognize his voice, then he introduced himself and  I
apologized for loosing his phone number on my trip and for not being
able to find his number because I did not know his last name and I tried
unsuccessfully  to find it to resolve this issue amicably. At any rate
he informed me that he is coming to San Marcos to visit his sister and
he is going to call me when he is in San Marcos. At 7:01 p.m. he called
and informed me that he is in town, I informed him that that basically
the job is complete and the only issue is left is station B is not
shutting off properly and I have to turn it off manually. He offered to
take a look at it, but won't be able to work on it since it was dark. He
came by around 7:35 p.m.and  indicated that he knows what  the problem
is, it is an easy fix, He offered that since next day, i.e. Saturday he
is busy and he can come on the following day i.e. Sunday at 2:00 p.m. to
fix this issue. I had to tell him about my complain through Revdex.com. He
indicated that he already knew and has viewed the documents.  Since he
did not show up at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday October 18, 2015, and did not
call, I called his cell phone at 2:18 p.m. to remind him that he has an
appointment at 2:00 to finish the job. He indicated that his car was
broken and has no transportation. I reminded him that I have limited
time to respond me decision to Revdex.com office, and offered him 2 options:
either a) I can come to Austin to bring him San  Marcos  and returning
him back to Austin. or b) he can call me when his ready.  He suggested
that he will call me on MONDAY to tell me what time he would  be able to
finish the job. HE DID NOT CALL. . I was hopping that  he will today,
i.e, on TUESDAY, again HE DIDN'T CALL.(3) This
gentleman indicates that "He had since then threaten me..." this is
absolutely untrue.  my records indicates that my last conversation with
him or his company was on Wednesday  September 16, 2015  at 7:46 a.m.
when he told me he refuse to finish the job and I told him that I will
sue him and he told me that he will sue me too.. Any prior call and
voice and/or text message indicate that I requested either to call me
back and tell me when the job is going to be finished. [By the way the
records of all these phone calls may be obtained through the relevant
phone companies to prove  my claim or his claim.  Any statements that I
mentioned to Revdex.com was factual statements and there was not attempt to bad
mount his company. (4) It is reasonable that
this company compensate me with the extra money that I had to pay for
finishing the job that he refused to finish,
