Called and spoke with business about service on her gutters. She informed them that their neighbors tree was dropping heavy debris on her roof and had dislodged and damaged the gutter filters. She wanted them to come inspect and assess the damage. They eventually made it down...

there. They told her that the debris from the tree caused the damage and it wasn't covered by the warranty. They did go ahead and fix the filters. Consumer was supposed to contact us to tell us that this was resolved. The business has a signed statement from her that the damage was not a result of anything they had done. Business doesn't feel this is actually a complaint because the consumer has confirmed and acknowledged that the damage to her gutters were a result of falling debris from her neighbors tree, not because of anything the business did.Business will provide a copy of the statement if needed.
