A Star Limo Service

My daughter contacted A-Star Limo and reserved a limo for her wedding. She asked for three pickups and deliveries and was quoted $360 plus gratuity. One week before the wedding she called A-Star Limo to add a couple of stops during the first ride to stop at grandma's house and for pictures at two other locations. The owner-[redacted] told her that he will change the charges to account for the time. She asked me to talk to [redacted] and go over the charges. Five days before the wedding I called [redacted] to go over the charges, he was busy and asked to be called back in an hour. Meanwhile, I called another Limo Service ([redacted]) and talked to the owner ([redacted]) to get a quote for the updated schedule. He offered me the same Limo size and make for $75 an hour. He calculated 6 hours of use, but offered to charge 5 hours for $375 plus gratuity. An hour later I called [redacted]-A-Star Limo to find out how much he will charge me. He calculated that the Limo will be occupied for 12 hour, but later dropped that to 6 hours. He also wanted $120 an hour plus 20% gratuity for a total of $864. I told him about the competitor's quote, but he did not believe me and wanted to talk to that person. I got a permission to give [redacted] the name of [redacted] - the competition. [redacted] threatened to charge me $360 if I went with [redacted], but I told him that I would dispute his charges if he did. Finally He said "OK I will do whatever you want. How much do you want to pay?" I offered him $450 Gratuity included and he said "OK, will see you on Saturday, I still need the times and addresses". I sent him those in an email the next morning.On Saturday [redacted] showed up to pick up my daughter and as she was in the Limo in her wedding dress, he asked to see me. He presented me with a new bill for $540 (extra $90), which we did not agree on. I told him that this not we agreed upon, and he responded. "I can't do it any other way, you either sign the credit card statement or I will drop your daughter, and we don't have to do this. I signed.
