A Star Limousine Service

The chauffeur of the limo we rented proceeded to urinate on my parents front lawn after dropping my guests off. He stated that "he really had to *Word Rejected*and when offered the use of my parents bathroom he stated "I'm

in a hurry, I have to get out of here" and urinated in front of my guests. I reported this to the owner of said limo company and was told I would receive a refund and a voucher for another evening. Two weeks have since passed and I have received nothing. I called the owner again and he stated "the driver said all the other guys in the limo were [redacted] on the front lawn, so he thought it was ok". This is a complete lie. The other men in the limo are IMMEDIATE family members whom would NEVER disrespect my parents like that. I am apalled with the owner and his condoning of his employee's disgusting and disrespectful actions.
