[I should have received a call or email from the business cancelling the appointment as I sat home all afternoon waiting for them Again, I have called times since then and they have not returned my calls I am sorry to hear about the sudden death, but SOMEONE should have called the customer Since I bought this through *** ***, I requested a refund but can only receive a CREDIT to *** *** Anyway you look at it, it was NOT handled properly

This is a repeat customer who had previously purchased a voucher and we serviced their home. We had a previous appointment scheduled that they reschuled , the May 2nd appointment was a makeup date for which they had cancelled a previous appointment. We had a sudden death in our family and were not...

in town. The voucher has not expired and even after expiration we still honor the voucher, the voucher has not been redeemed from our company therefor she can call the merchant where it was purchased and request a refund and they will provides full refund within 7 business days.
