Review: The contractor refuses to finish their $20,0000 contract. We have paid all but about $1000. These are just the small things that he said he would complete but will not return the messagesDesired Settlement: finish the remaining work on our new hard wood floors. Lasy time they worked on the floors was two months ago. they did come back and complete the tile work but nothing since

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is true. The business did contact me and set up an appointment for 8/7 & 8/8. You did what I failed to do. Please don't close this. They also explained why they didn't set an appointment to finish. Please stay with me. You did great, Thank You.
